Integrated as a portal on the practice’s Web site, You’reNext allows patients to register, securely log in, and request to be seen by selecting from the available times blocks that best meets their needs. Based on patient load, the system matches physician availability to patient availability, and the patient is sent a text or email message, confirming their requested appointment time. Using the intuitive administrator dashboard, facility staff can also preset notification lead times to notify patients prior to each appointment.
